Sway is a modern Asian fusion restaurant that brings together the vibrant flavors of Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisines in a harmonious culinary journey. Our menu is a celebration of Asia’s rich culinary heritage, blending traditional recipes with contemporary techniques to create dishes that are both familiar and innovative.

Why is “Sway”?

The English name “Sway” was thoughtfully chosen for its phonetic similarity to the restaurant’s original Chinese name “拾味” (Shí Wèi), which not only meaning “Ten Flavors” in English to symbolize a rich variety of tastes, represent the diverse cuisines and culinary influences, suggests a harmonious collection of flavors appealing to every palate; but also meaning “Collecting Flavors” in English to signify the restaurant’s mission to bring together the best of Asian cuisines—Chinese, Southeast Asian, and beyond—into one unique dining experience.

The name “Sway” symbolizes movement, rhythm, and balance—key elements in the art of cooking and life. Just as the word “sway” evokes a graceful dance, our restaurant embodies the fluid blending of diverse Asian cultures and cuisines. At Sway, every bite tells a story of flavor, culture, and creativity, offering diners an unforgettable gastronomic experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each dish at Sway is carefully crafted to strike the perfect balance between tradition and modernity, savory and sweet, spicy and mild.

Sway Kitchen&Bar serves premium quality weekday lunch buffet. The a la carte menu is not available for sale during lunchtime. You can come and enjoy lunch without a table reservation, but for larger groups we recommend making a table reservation in advance.
